According to Gachau, the human gut is an "overused" part of the body, teeming with parasites like tapeworms, roundworms, and ringworms. He explains that while most people turn to regular pharmacy dewormers, his method is different.

Instead of a chemist, Gachau heads to an Agrovet— He purchases two specific drugs: Fenbendazole and Ivermectin, which are typically used for livestock.

The Deworming Ritual

Gachau’s routine is simple but startling:

He mixes 10ml of Fenbendazole into a pot of yogurt to make it more palatable.

He drinks this concoction on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

For the Ivermectin, he uses a syringe to administer it as an intramuscular injection into his buttocks, a process he does not show on camera.

He repeats this intense regimen every three months.

A Bull of a Man

Gachau seems unfazed by the controversial nature of his method. He jokes that he is a "bull" and should be called "Ndengwa," a Kikuyu word for a bull.

“I’m a bull. I’m just taking what I’m supposed to be taking.”

He also claims that these drugs have been approved for human use in some countries, but he is quick to add that they are not approved for such use in Kenya. Throughout the video, he issues a clear and repeated warning:
