He insisted that, unlike the opposition, the Kenya Kwanza administration has a clear vision that will take the country forward.

He said this vision aims to make Kenya a country every citizen will be proud of.

“Nyinyi mbaki kwa fitina zenu na anarchy because that is the only thing you have in your vision. We in government, our vision is clear, we want to take our community and country forward and have a country we can be proud of,” the CS said.

Ruku further stated that Kenya has no space for people whose job is inciting violence among young people, reiterating that what Kenyans want is peace.

“Those whose job is preaching anarchy in the Republic of Kenya and also in these corners, we want to tell them we have no space for them, and more so, this community (Mbeere North) has no space for anarchy. We want peace.”

He thanked Mbeere North youths for not allowing themselves to be incited into protesting against the government.

The Cabinet Secretary, who formerly represented Mbeere North as their Member of Parliament, urged the people to remain united behind President William Ruto’s administration.

He insisted that they should not allow themselves to be deceived into joining the opposition.

“Let's remain united. Don’t be deceived to get out of the government... those who want to incite you, we want to tell them the people of Mbeere North will not go with you to the opposition,” Ruku said.

He at the same time expressed confidence that President Ruto will win re-election.

“Come 2027, nobody else will become president except President William Ruto.”

He also highlighted some of the ongoing development projects in the region that the Kenya Kwanza administration has initiated.

Ruku also noted that the President is scheduled for a tour of the region in August, during which he will commission and inspect ongoing projects.
