
The government, through the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, has advertised job opportunities for teachers in the Caribbean.
The available opportunities include vacancies for various lessons including agriculture, air conditioning and refrigeration, auto mechanics, automotive technology, carpentry and construction technology.
Others are mathematics, physics, chemistry, electrical installation, plumbing, Spanish, special education, technical drawing and welding.
The ministry noted that only Kenyans are eligible to apply.
Those interested should have an updated CV, passport bio-data or national identification card, a degree or diploma in education, or postgraduate diploma in education.

The Diaspora Placement Agency, which is the sole authorised recruiter for the opportunities, stated that no recruitment fee is required.

In other job advertisements, the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) is inviting applications from graduates and professionals to fill 92 positions in various departments.
The positions under advertisement include those of manager, management accounting, apron-controller (40), manager, risk and compliance, and 50 vacancies for internship/apprenticeship programme.
Interested and qualified candidates to submit their applications by Monday, July 21, 2025 at 5pm.
The National Youth Service (NYS) has also advertised jobs, with 75 vacancies for graduates up for grabs.
In a notice on Thursday, NYS announced that job opportunities are in the hospitality sector.
Applicants interested in the available opportunities are required to complete the online application form at https://forms.gle/XosBofVrp2Fvrj3bA.
In the form, candidates will be asked to provide both personal and professional details, including their NYS service number, national ID number, full name, gender, home county, courses completed, year of NYS discharge, job seeker category and years of relevant work experience.
They will also need to upload documentation that demonstrates their hands-on experience in the relevant field.
This may include previous employment letters, reference letters or certificates of service.
In addition to this, applicants must upload their academic qualifications, any other relevant training certificates, a current CV, and their contact information.
Before submitting the application, candidates are also required to upload their NYS Discharge Certificate.
The deadline for submitting applications is July 15, 2025.
