The Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) has announced 92 job vacancies across various departments, inviting competent and self-driven individuals to apply for the positions.
According to the authority, one of the vacancies is for a Manager, Management Accounting, with reference number FIN/MMA/JULY 2025, on a permanent and pensionable term.
There is also a vacancy for a Manager, Risk and Compliance, with reference number RM&IA/MRC/JULY 2025, also on a permanent and pensionable term.
Additionally, the authority is seeking to fill 40 vacancies for Apron Controllers, with reference number OPS/APR/JULY/2025, which come with a one-year on-the-job training programme, with absorption into the permanent workforce contingent on the outcome of the training.
Apron Controllers are responsible for directing aircraft on the apron, which is the area of the airport where aircraft are parked, serviced, and fueled.
They guide planes to and from gates, ensuring safe movement and efficient airport operations.
Furthermore, the authority is offering 50 slots for an Internship/Apprenticeship Programme, with reference number KAA/APPRENTICESHIP/JULY 2025, for a one-year term.
The authority's mandate is to "provide facilitative infrastructure for aviation services in Kenya," and it is seeking to recruit personnel who can drive this mission forward.
"We are an equal opportunity employer," the authority emphasised, encouraging women, persons with disabilities, minority, and marginalised groups to apply.
Applicants are advised that canvassing in any form or failure to attach required documents will lead to automatic disqualification.
Detailed job descriptions, requirements, and application instructions are available on the KAA website under the Careers section.
The application deadline is July 21, 2025, at 5 pm.
The authority is keen on recruiting "competent and self-driven persons" to fill the positions, and interested candidates are encouraged to apply, quoting the relevant reference number in their applications.
