
The Narok county Public Service Board has invited qualified individuals to fill 200 job vacancies in the Department of Health and Sanitation.
In a notice on Wednesday, the county noted that the recruitment is pursuant to the 2010 Constitution and the County Government Act No. 17 of 2012, Section 59 (B).
The available vacancies include those of Enrolled Nurse III (13), Registered Nurse III (32), Nursing officer (10), Senior Nursing Officer (Specialist) (10), Registered Clinical Officer II (20), Clinical Officer (4), and Clinical Psychologist (1).
The County is looking to hire several clinical officer specialists, including anesthetist (7), pediatrician (1), ICU/critical care (1) and reproductive health (1).
Other job vacancies are Public Health Technician III (3), Assistant Public Health Officer III (7), Public Health Officer (5), Radiographer III (6), Orthopedic Trauma Technologist (5) and Medical Officer (8).
Under Medical Specialists, the County advertised the positions of Obstetrician and Gynecologist (2), Radiologist (2), Anesthesiologist (2), General Surgeon (2) and a psychiatrist.
Additionally, the County is hiring Health Record and Information Officers (6), Medical Laboratory Technologist III (28), Medical Engineering Technologist III (4), Pharmaceutical Technologist III (5).
Mortician II/Morgue Attendant (4), Community Oral Health Officer (5), Nutrition and Dietetics Technologist III (3) and Assistant Occupational Therapist III (2).
Applicants are encouraged to fill out an application form NRK-CPSB [3] (REVISED 2025) available on the Narok County Government website: http://www.narok.go.ke.

The County stated that the complete application form should be emailed to [email protected] on or before July 21, 2025, by 5 pm.
Applicants should attach various documents, including a CV, a copy of ID or passport, academic and professional certificates, testimonials, and any other relevant supporting documents.
The County emphasised that all sections of the application form must be completed and that only shortlisted and qualified candidates will be contacted.
It warned against canvassing in any form, stating that it will lead to automatic disqualification.
Further, it noted that presenting fake certificates or documents is a criminal offence.
The county has encouraged Persons with Disabilities, marginalised groups, and minorities to apply.
Once shortlisted, candidates will be required to present original ID, original academic and professional certificates and transcripts (certified by the issuing institutions).
They will also be expected to present valid clearances from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), a registered Credit Reference Bureau (CRB), Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) - Police Clearance Certificate, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) - Duly Stamped Self Declaration Form.
The County stated that the completed application form should be emailed to [email protected] on or before July 21, 2025, by 5 pm.
It states that the functions of the County Public Service Board shall be, on behalf of the county government, to appoint persons to hold or act in offices of the county public service, including in the Boards of cities and urban areas within the county and to confirm appointments.
