A GOVERNOR FROM Mt Kenya is being accused of deploying bloggers and commentators on social media to sing his praises. The governor’s bloggers, who were recently in the headlines for the wrong reasons, have reportedly become such a nuisance that they are spamming WhatsApp groups formed for charity work and funerals. Notably, the bloggers rarely develop unique content but copy from each other and paste on the platforms. They have even forced a community group to open another platform as the previous one was spammed with the governor’s petty initiatives.
