The individual, who introduces himself to visitors as a personal assistant to the CS, has allegedly assumed nearly all the roles of a secretary and decides who sees the boss.

This comes after he was allegedly cornered as he attempted to grab prime land in one of the city’s leafy suburbs.

The man, who left his latest job having served at a senior level, found himself in a close shave with the law after he hired goons to fence the private land.

However, he was stopped in his tracks after the owner, with the help of his private security personnel, acted swiftly.

How the man trespassed on private property is unclear. The man, who made a number of enemies during his time in the previous job, is said to be remorseful.

However, the owner of the land is reportedly not taking things for granted, with the police only waiting for his word before the man is arrested.
