President William Ruto on Wednesday hosted Homa Bay county leaders at State House, Nairobi.

They were led by Governor Gladys Wanga.

Ruto said they discussed the ongoing transformative programmes by the government.

According to Ruto, they also discussed this year’s plans for Madaraka Day.

“Inclusive national development facilitates the pooling of skills, talents, knowledge and energy of all Kenyans in steering the transformation of our country in all spheres of the economy,” Ruto said.

National Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi and Interior PS Raymond Omollo were present.
