“Millions of Kenyans live in informal settlements and unacceptable conditions. This is untenable,” Ruto said.
The president further added that the government wants the project to be complete so that they can offer proper shelter.
"That is why we are determined to make our Affordable Housing Programme a success in providing decent shelter," he said.
