President William Ruto is already inside Parliament issuing his State of the Nation address.Ruto arrived at the Parliament Buildings minutes past 2 pm.
He then inspected a guard of honour mounted by officers from Kenya Airforce before proceeding to the National Assembly for his address.
Also present are the First Lady Mama Rachel, Deputy President Kithure Kindiki and his spouse Joyce Kindiki, several Cabinet Secretaries led by Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi and other senior government officials.
